Benjamin Vandewalle started his dance education at the Royal Balletschool in Antwerp, and graduated from P.A.R.T.S in 2006. During these years, he created several works, such as the solo Skinsidout, the duet We Gotogether with Italian Vincenzo Carta and the installation Théâtre de la Guillotine, which was shown at the festival Theater Aan Zee in 2006. In September 2007, the performance Inbetween, created together with Vincenzo Carta, had its première at Monty in Antwerp. In october 2009 his last creation Birdwatchinghad its premiere at the Taste Festival in STUK Arts Centre in Leuven. Benjamin created this performance together with visual artist and scenographer Erki de Vries. For the moment, he is working on his new creation One/Zero. Benjamin Vandewalle is active in South-Africa and Mozambique, where he worked with the dance school Nykaza, and participated in the project Comfusao. At the end of 2010, Benjamin Vandewalle performs in Studium, a creation of Busy Rocks.
