Alice Giuliani

Bio
Alice Igina Giuliani is an artist active in the field of performing arts based in Brussels. She is interested in the body as a place of vulnerability, identity and fantasy, she identifies as a person with chronic illness, a spoonie. In the past years she collaborated as a performer for various productions in Europe (Benjamin Abel Meirhaeghe, Irene Russolillo, Marco D'Agostin, Aldes-Roberto Castello among others) mainly focused on vibrant and emotional body languages, singing and inclusive practices. Constantly shifting between the desire of performing, assisting and creating, since 2021 she has worked with Alessandro Schiattarella as artistic collaborator for choreographic works and workshops that aim to raise awareness about inclusive practices (IntegrART 2021, Gessnerallee in Zurich and Choreography of Care 2022, in Tanzhaus nrw in Dusseldorf). As maker she is working on the project around invisible scars And everything is porous as a bodily crack (new creation) in collaboration with Camilla Borud Strandhagen, selected for Live Works vol. 10 by Centrale Fies (IT).
