Luis Ramirez Muñoz

Luis Ramirez Muñoz (Colombia, 1994) is an artist, performer and choreographer based in Brussels since 2016. He finished his dance studies at P.A.R.T.S. in 2019 and is currently in the masters programme 'Studios' at the same school.

His works have so far touched upon the mechanics of the body, improvisation, the organization of chaos and behaviour as a material. Instead of being subjects exclusive to each work they are themes that appear and interact with eachother.

As a performer he has presented several improvisation solos in the 'Crude Saturdays' platform at TicTac art center which he continues doing as an ongoing research on instant composition, the relation audience-performer and the boundaries between performativity and representation.
