Rachel Gruijters
Bio
Rachel Gruijters is a visual artist working mainly in photography and film with a special interest in personal history, memories and the performative aspects of embodying historically-informed characters. Gruijters holds a master's degree in fine arts from KASK / School of Arts, Ghent (BE). Her film Ordinary Things (that happened in the childhood home of the maker of this film (2018) has been shown at Wunderground Film Festival (BE), Elles Tournent (BE) and MICGénero (MX), among others.
