How do we become a legal representative of an entity that does not speak the same language as humans? (rivers, mountains, plants, oceans...). How can we dialogue with one another? Can we re enforce the rights of nature by becoming legal representatives of a nonhuman entity? As Michel Serres proposes a contract with nature, when he asks ”what language do things of the world speak, that might come to an understanding with them, contractually?"

This research is an immersive tale on the transformative processes started in june 2017 during summer solstice with an intention of becoming kin with natural habitats. The documentation became an archive of rituals, multispecies embodiments, processed by dialoguing exercises as an attempt of decolonization of the self, dehumanization, (re)animation and (re)conciliation with nature.

But can we entitle ourselves as guardians? Where do we find ourselves as kin with one another?
