Shot (Live)
SHOT (Live) is a series of performances that originated from eight videos named SHOT that were made in 2018 during a residency at La Station, an artist-run space based in Nice.
The performances feature a character, disguised by brown hair and dressed in a white suit, encountering his environment and his own body. Between gore, horror and absurdity, each situation he encounters is the subject of a shot.
Pauline Brun is also doing research for a new project called Raide d’équerre (working title). This project re-explores the elementary relations between body and space. Between existence tests and hallucinatons, these relations form a system of cause and effect.
