In 2020, Begüm Erciyas starts a new research phase that will technically, conceptually and sensually deal with the question of “how to speak with another voice?”.
Begüm Erciyas will try to find a dispositive through which a group of audience members can meet in a fiction. What are the uncanny effects of speaking in another tongue? What does this shift in vocal identity do to our sense of collectiveness? Which spaces of discussion does it open?
