ELISA YVELINPRINT THIS PAGE
Elisa Yvelin works with performance and dance. She is from France, based in Brussels, where she graduated from P.A.R.T.S. in 2010. She has been since developing her own choreographic work, collaborating as a performer with others and she is currently studying psychology in Paris8 University, and training as a Méthode Résséguier practician. Her research project ‘in search of a vernacular’ has been supported by Kunstenwerkplaats Pianofabriek, Workspacebrussels and by the Flemish Authorities. Her work has been presented in various international festivals and venues (amongst : Almost Cinema festival Vooruit, Hit the Stage Monty Antwerp, Springdance festival Utrecht, Festival Péril Jeune Paris, Zodiak Helsinki, The Place London). As a performer she has worked with François Chaignaud and Cecilia Bengolea, Ula Sickle and the french theater director Judith Depaule, amongst others.
