- THE INTERNET DOES NOT EXIST
THE INTERNET DOES NOT EXISTPRINT THIS PAGE
The internet does not exist is dedicated to the constitution of a multidimensional corporeality. Image production as a radical body practice, plays a central role and focuses on the constant innovation pressure, which today is exposed not only to artists, but also to the broad, Internet-based population, especially in social networks. The fear of invisibility is made use of, and becomes the motive engine of a voluminous dance approach. In collaboration with the musician Olga Nosova and in search for physical experience in medial disembodiment, Julian Weber uncovers neurotic mechanisms of digital consumption, dissects and translates them into a performative reality.
