‘As We Were Moving Ahead Occasionally We Saw Brief Glimpses Of Beauty’ is an immersive situation where the boundaries of performance, technology, scenography and video are playfully blurred. Gaëtan questions the confines of inside/outside and intimacy/extimacy by hijacking technologies that enter in our daily life as tools to stage ourselves: webcams, smartphones, gopros's, selfies, etc. Where does our skin stop and the camera start? Where does the body end and the projection of that body begin?
