Pablo Fontdevila

Bio

Pablo Fontdevila (Argentina) is a choreographer, performer and designer, who graduated from the School for New Dance Development (SNDO, Amsterdam, NL).

With the focus on creative processes, collaboration and working methodologies, his interest lies on exploring ethical questions through the movement of bodies and minds.

He develops autonomous work such as choreographies and installations, and collaborates with other artists in the roles of performer, lighting designer, technical producer and advisor. In his contributions to diverse projects he aims at researching complex relations between bodies, objects, lights and space.

Since 2008 he regularly leads workshops and classes such as Movement research workshops (Buenos Aires, México City, Tokyo, Tucumán) and Yoga and Condition training (SNDO, Amsterdam). He initiated in 2011, in collaboration with Maria Mavridou, the development of DM/Dangerous Mouses, a training and research movement practice which since has been shared in workshops and regular classes in The Netherlands, Argentina, Greece, South Korea and France.
