Anna Schlooz

Anna Schlooz is a Dutch artist and performer living and working in Ghent. Her work consists mainly of multimedia performances and participatory projects in which the process is primary. She creates laboratory-like environments with space for questioning and critical research. Everyone is already welcome here during the process: Anna likes to collaborate with people outside the arts. She prefers to start from intersections, both in terms of discipline and content. The personal is often her starting point, from there she searches for (abstract) translations of queerness and intersectional feminism.
