Meggy Rustamova

Meggy Rustamova (1985, Georgia) studied at KASK (Ghent), the University of the Arts (Berlin) and HISK (Ghent). She develops an interdisciplinary oeuvre of videos, installations and performances with a deep poetic undertone, and has exhibited at the Brakke Grond, the International Film Festival Rotterdam, Tallinn Art Hall, Beursschouwburg, Kunsthalle Wien, 6th Moscow Biennale and Salzburger Kunstverein, a.o. In 2018 she is artist in residence at Residency Unlimited in New York. Her works of art are included in the collections of Argos Centre for Art and Media, Belfius Art Collection, the Flemish Government and S.M.A.K.
