Situated in the post- anthropocentric era the project asks how tending to the body might elucidate certain guiding parameters in the discussion of planetary co-existence. Attempting to re-organise the repercussions of 'speciesism' and the idea of 'human' itself as a colonial project, the project engages into habitat building, on virtual and real planes. By imitating that which surrounds us already, the research tries to articulate an artistic language recounting stories about humans, as a future animal remembering itself. Using the format of performance installation Btwixt Economies researches shapeshifting as an omnipresent condition continuously choreographing “humankind” by addressing its rich sensory spectrum. Intersecting the research with queer theory the research is interested how the notion of queering has served to undo some of the alienation white, heteronormative and patriarchal practices produced in the era of post-capitalism.
