BIS PRESENTS: New Works, Emerging Bodies: Birds Cries
After weeks of creation, we’re ready.
BIS presents: New Works, Emerging Bodies Chapter 2 shows fresh work by a new generation of dancers and performance artists. Raw, precise, and unapologetically present.
From studio to stage, each piece has been shaped through residency and technical exploration.
Amina Abouelghar will present her project Birds Cries.
Birds Cries is an ode to improvisation and rhythmic patterns in
dance. The research behind this project revolves around the exploration
of music, rhythms, and their association with movement and
choreography. Birds Cries is a process of unleashing.
