CINDY

In CINDY, movement, sound, and imagery are dissected into isolated scores. Through a game-theoretical algorithm with live coding, a sensitive interaction between all elements emerges, resulting in a new choreography each time. Inspired by the looping movements of Hurricane Cindy, Flóra Boros creates a game-theoretical pattern that propels her body through space.

Flóra Boros is a Hungarian performer and choreographer who earned a degree in contemporary dance from the University of Vienna in 2021. Her work has been presented at venues such as WUK, Muffathalle, Theater Akzent, and Schwere Reiter. In 2023, she was in residency for the first time at workspacebrussels.
