Judith Dhondt
Bio
Judith Dhondt (she/her, they/them) (BE, 1998) is a performer, maker, and writer. In recent years, they have been active in the collective NOON — a transdisciplinary group moved by environmental concerns and broad questions of relationality. NOON is currently continuing its work from the performance And now the beginning is somewhere else, opening the installation to other artistic voices. Judith graduated from the MA Drama programme at KASK (Ghent) and from the MA programme of P.A.R.T.S. (Brussels).
During their studies, Judith started collaborating with Urtè Groblytè, through a shared interest in language and in the playful — yet not so innocent — space of erotics. Starting from a reading practice, they developed an artistic soil that grew into a writing and performative practice. Their MA research resulted in two works: DUST and A LOVELY CONSTRUCTION SITE, which form the foundation of their continued collaboration. Currently, they are working on a publication in collaboration with Arno Huygens, stemming from their MA projects. In the 2025–26 season, they will rework DUST (as part of Shake Your Skills with BUDA & detheatermaker) and begin a new research project titled ilOvetOyOu.
