Open Studios 2025
La Bellone - Kaaistudios - Les Brigittines
Welcome to our yearly Open Studios!
For three days, workspacebrussels opens its doors, inviting you to explore the inner workings of the residency programme. Experience work-in-progress showings, installations, conversations, a party, and more!
This year, our Open Studios kick off with a special collaboration: on Friday 25 April, we join our neighbours at La Bellone to close their Vitamines B festival. Our shared programme features a seminar on decolonial dramaturgy hosted by Castélie Yalombo Lilonge and Antoine Dupuy Larbre, a dialogic performance by Alphonse Eklou Uwantege and leïla alice, and a work-in-progress showing by Jimena Pérez Salerno.
Or, join us at Les Brigittines for a showing by Catalina Insignares before heading to the Kaaistudios for an evening of performances, games, dessert, and more—curated by the artistic community of atelier Picar.
On Saturday 26 April, discover work-in-progress by Federico Protto, Samuel Baidoo, Lili Vanderstraeten & Kito Kotsoane, Pépé Kasses, Ode de Kort, Noha Ramadan, and Zoé Hagen—followed by a party.
On Sunday 27 April, we wrap up with a laid-back afternoon centred around art and care. Expect conversations, performances, and installations by De Ambulanten, Elien Ronse, Samuel Baidoo, Nada Gambier, Lili Vanderstraeten & Kito Kotsoane, Judith Engelen...
In the bar of the Kaaistudios, you can eat and drink in-between the different showings.
