Vladimir Babinchuk

Vladimir Babinchuk (2001, FR) is a Brussels-based dancer, choreographer, and visual artist of Ukrainian–Portuguese heritage. He graduated from P.A.R.T.S. with a BA in Dance, (2022) and undertook a MA in Fine Arts (socio-political branch) at Sint Lucas Antwerpen (2024-2026).

His work articulates performance, the activation of neglected archives, and the use of DIY electronics, with materials sourced from internet and gaming culture, and his own diasporic heritage.

Vladimir forms an artistic duo with Eleni Roberts Kazouri. Their debut work, DARKWAVES (2025), was nominated as finalist in the Roel Verniers prize by Het Theaterfestival, and shown at MIRfestival (GR) in 2025. In 2025–26 they were selected as LIVE WORKS fellows at Centrale Fies (IT), and delivered their second creation STRIKE.
