TARTINI’S DREAM GIRL is a solo that unfolds through dance, performance, violin, music, mime, drag, and objects. It lures the audience into a game of fake and real, extracting actions and layering them in new ways. What once was true is now fiction. Edges begin to blur, and efforts are drawn into the quicksand—left behind as haunting memories.

Departing from Giuseppe Tartini’s Devil’s Trill Sonata and using hell as a backdrop, this solo reimagines the devil from a new perspective. Is she a rock star? Sweet or nasty? Or maybe just a bit lonely? With many tricks up her feathery sleeve, the devil keeps slipping through the stage(s) of hell—and you’re all invited to join her.
