Excerpt Deep Nyx (Dansand!)

Excerpt Deep Nyx is the sequel to 40 Falls. 40 Falls is a list of different traps, a sort of alphabet. It was one of the first movement materials created for a new creation around falls.

This dance material began to take on a life of its own and has been performed on grass, snow and concrete. In the morning, Mooni gives a participatory performance on the beach, but in the evening she ventures into an even different version at the Dansba'r, near the edge of the swimming pool.

During the biennial open-air dance festival Dansand! in Ostend, workspacebrussels moves to the seaside for a day. We kindly invite you to discover projects in development by our residents Mooni Van Tichel, Kaori Ishiguro and Anton Lambert, and Danae Theodoridou.

The festival is presented by KAAP.
